Tucson Unified School District in Arizona provides this AMAZING resource for 6-12 students, as well as elementary (provided on the elementary page), for interactive math websites that can be used on SMART Boards. YOU MUST CHECK OUT THIS LITERACY WEBSITE! It has fabulous resources on a plethora of topics for 9th-12th grade students that are already, or can be modified to be an interactive resource on a SMART Board. I created a link to this site under High School Resources as "High School Literacy". The website includes topics such as Shakespeare, biographies, encyclopedias, Dickens, journalism, and speeches. Check it out!

The interactive activities keep a-rollin'! Enjoy some of the additional resources I have added under the general resources on the Ancient World from Ballard and Tighe. The activities range from Prehistoric times, to Ancient India, Ancient China, and Ancient Rome. Enjoy!

My name is Angie and I am a teacher in Eugene. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and went through my K-12 education in David Douglas School District. My parents were both teachers, as well as the majority of my family, teaching in the David Douglas and Gresham Barlow School Districts. Upon graduating from high school, I was excited to to move to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon, my dream school. I am a HUGE duck fan (I would argue the biggest). I finished my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Minor degree in Special Education in the Integrated Teaching Cohort, and then finished my Master's degree the following year in Teaching and Learning. I enjoy teaching, using/teaching with technology, cooking, gardening, traveling, being with friends and family, animals, and renovating my house. I hope to travel to every continent in my lifetime and also want to adopt an English Bulldog.
